Allison Brennon

As a personal trainer, my aim is to help you feel better and move better, inside and outside of the gym. During training we will incorporate a combination of mobility training, strength training, and cardiovascular work based on your goals to improve athletic performance, reduce pain levels, or change your appearance. We will work together to design a custom fitness program for you and provide support and encouragement as you work to improve your health and fitness.

As an experienced athlete I have in depth knowledge of how and when to utilize different movements and training styles to meet your needs. Over years of working with coaches across soccer, skiing, and weightlifting I have had the opportunity to learn how different training styles can produce different results and that not all training styles are appropriate for everyone. I am a firm believer that by building strength and movement capacity you will gain confidence and self-efficacy to tackle life's challenges.

Since joining the industry in 2022, I have continued to develop my knowledge and skillset to better help clients of all ages and abilities, empowering them through movement to reach their goals. Since starting as a trainer, I have helped clients build strength and confidence in the gym, and manage their unique health issues, including pre- and post-operative care, arthritis, and autoimmune disorders.

Eric Medeiros

Hello, my name is Eric. As a fully qualified and accredited Fitness Professional since 2015, I have helped the residents of my community achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. I am very passionate about the Highland Creek and Port Union community. My communal love is shown by my commitment to helping the residence here achieve their lifestyle and fitness goals. My track record is evident. Over the last nine years I have worked with countless clients, many of whom I continue to work with today.

I consider living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. Also, I am a devotee to the idea that everyone can benefit from professional guidance and encouragement. And that is what I bring to the table! I will help you create a road map towards your health and lifestyle goals. It is not only my job to show you how to get there, but to help you along the way. What does this mean? My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, and workout.

Mikayla Sellers-Wiebe

Hello, I’m Mikayla. As an elite volleyball athlete, I have had the opportunity to play for multiple schools in America. Due to my hard work and ability, I became a regarded amateur athlete in the sport. My amateur career opened the doors for me, and I got to work with some of America’s most proficient sports and fitness coaches. Under their tutelage, I learned the very beginnings of my understanding of health and fitness. One example is Greg Carbin, now one of the assistant Strength and Conditioning coaches for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League (NFL). During this fertile period, particularly in 2014, when I played Divisional One volleyball for the University of New Orleans, my passion for fitness and Strength and Conditioning began.

I’ve been an athlete, client and coach in the industry for ten years. I have a wide range of experience training a diverse clientele. My understanding ranges from working with individuals who want to lose weight and gain confidence to some who want to focus on strength development and some athletes who want to take their skills and game to the next level.

For me, fitness is more than just lifting weights and dieting— It is about improving quality of life. I believe everyone can achieve their goals and, perhaps with the right direction and guidance, accomplish more than they once imagined. I am here to help those people find out what their goals are and use my knowledge and ability to help them achieve them. Fitness is empowering, and throughout my time in the industry, I have developed a style of coaching explicitly tailored to each client based on their needs and goals.

To conclude, I’m detail-oriented. A substantial dynamic in my coaching is my emphasis that fitness is not just about physical attributes but also about the mental side of things.

Jake is a dedicated fitness enthusiast who graduated from Centennial College’s two-year health and fitness program. With a profound passion for fitness and resistance training, Jake’s journey is a testament to the power of education and commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

Jake’s goal as a PT is to dedicate himself to not only helping his clients improve their bodies, but to help them make monumental changes to their lifestyles and health and wellness.
