Personal Training

We offer in-Person- sessions with a dedicated trainer who will individualize your program. We also offer On-line – remote training via Zoom or Messenger. As mentioned fitness programs are individualized. This includes scheduling of in person progress check sessions to ensure results.


Nutrition Coaching

We offer initial nutrition goal setting sessions which is part of new client start up. Included in the nutrition coach are  progress check-up sessions, single sessions which you can book as you need

we provide packages of multiple sessions to help you optimize your fitness through a nutrition plan to complement your exercise efforts.


Health Coaching

We offer initial health goal setting sessions which is part of new client start up. Included in the health coach are  Progress check-up sessions, single sessions which you can book as you need. We offer packages of multiple sessions, to help you integrate healthy lifestyle and fitness goals into a workable routine.


Group Fitness Classes

Whatever your fitness goals are, Highland Fitness offers you an ever-expanding number of fitness classes to help meet your goals. Whether you are new to exercising, an infrequent exerciser, or a lifelong athlete, we have a class for you. 


Osteopathy

Our osteopath colleague, Jason Bullen is based on our premises and treating our clients on-site. Osteopathic treatment will support you with a customized plan geared to your health, wellness, and fitness needs.

FAQs

What is a personal training studio gym?

Our clients are in the gym at scheduled times, working (1:1 or 1:2) with their dedicated personal trainer. We do not offer independent workout time/space. Client programs are customized for the individual client, and our trainers coach and guide you through every step of your workout. We work to your goals, needs and level of fitness, both now and over time.

What does personal training cost?

Personal trainers take specific training, undertake continuing learning and carry individual liability insurance. The hourly rate for personal training varies between $60-110. in Toronto, depending on the training, skill, experience and specialization of the trainer. Our rates are reasonable and within this range. We offer in-person and online training. We can also program workouts to be done away from our gym if you are coming to at least one in-person session weekly.

What would my costs for regular scheduled personal training be?

There are two variables to the cost: length and frequency.

Length of workout session: We offer a 30 , 40 or 60-minute workout session. We pro-rate our hourly rate for the 30 and 40-minute sessions.

Frequency: The majority of our clients choose once, twice or three times weekly. (Talk to us if you want more frequent sessions).

Billing:

We bill monthly and accept debit and credit card payments.

Is there a contract?

We do not sign contracts with training clients. We ask you to work with us on a monthly basis. It takes about 8-12 weeks to see initial results. The majority of our clients have been with us for years.

When are you open for training?

We have training available 7 days weekly. We work out your schedule with the trainer that is working with you. We start at 6 am and finish at 9 pm.
