About Us
Here, Personal Training Is Truly Personal!
Highland Fitness was created with a simple but powerful belief: fitness works best when people feel seen, supported, and understood.
After years of watching people struggle in crowded, impersonal gyms, unsure what to do, afraid of doing it wrong, or feeling overlooked, we knew there had to be a better way.
So we built one!
We proudly serve Highland Creek, West Rouge, Scarborough and Pickering as a personal training studio focused on real people, real goals, and sustainable progress; not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all programs.
If this sounds like you, take the first step toward a healthier, stronger you.
What Makes Highland Fitness Different
Personal Training That’s Actually Personal
Every program is tailored, whether it’s 1:1, 2:1, small group, accessible fitness, or sports-specific training. No templates. No assumptions.
Inclusive & Accessible by Design
We are proud to offer AODA-compliant, reduced-mobility-friendly training in an environment that respects different bodies, abilities, and comfort levels.
Coaching Comes First
Everything we do is coached, intentional, and guided because results come from clarity and consistency, not confusion.
Community Over Ego
Highland Fitness is a place where people know your name, encourage your progress, and celebrate your wins, big or small.

Our Philosophy: Train The Whole Person
We don’t believe fitness is just about lifting heavier or sweating harder.
At Highland Fitness, we see the body and health as a whole: strength, mobility, recovery, mindset, habits, and lifestyle all matter. That’s why every program is built around who you are today, while helping you move confidently toward where you want to be.
Our coaching philosophy is:

Evidence-based,
not trend-driven

Supportive,
not intimidating

Progressive,
not rushed

Inclusive, accessible, and adaptable

Our Team
Behind great outcomes is a coach who genuinely cares.
At Highland Fitness, our certified coaches believe training is about more than exercises; it’s about listening, adapting, and supporting you at every stage of your fitness journey. With expertise in strength, mobility, and injury awareness, they create a welcoming, calm, and motivating environment.
