Do you work with youth athletes?
Yes. We train teens and young athletes with a focus on proper technique, injury prevention, and long-term development.
Is this only for competitive athletes?
No. Sports-specific training is great for recreational athletes who want to move better and reduce injury risk.
Do you train teams as well as individuals?
Yes, both individual athletes and teams.
How does billing work?
We bill for a pack of sessions, 8 or 12 sessions per pack, that allow our clients to attend either 2 or 3 times per week with their personal trainer. Once your sessions are used, you simply make the choice to continue and purchase another pack.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no upfront membership fee and we have no contracts to be signed.
