FAQs
How personalized is “personal training,” really?
Very. Your program is built around your goals, movement patterns, experience level, schedule, and preferences. It’s adjusted as you progress.
Can I do personal training with a friend or partner?
Yes. We offer 2:1 training and small-group personal training (3–4 people) for those who want accountability and cost-sharing.
Do you work with seniors?
Absolutely! We work with many seniors. As we age, our bodies naturally lose muscle mass. Many of our clients are seniors who either chose to train with us or were encouraged by their doctors to maintain and build strength.
We tailor our programs to each person’s age and ability, helping you stay safe while maintaining or building muscle mass, improving mobility, preserving independence, and feeling stronger.
How often should I train?
That depends on your goals and availability. We’ll help you choose a realistic schedule that fits your life. We can also program workouts to be done away from our gym if you are coming to at least one in-person session weekly. The majority of our clients choose twice or three times weekly. Talk to us if you want more frequent sessions.
Will I be pushed too hard?
No. We challenge you appropriately, but never at the expense of form, safety, or confidence.
Do you help with weight loss?
Yes. Through strength training, conditioning, habit support, and practical nutrition guidance along the way.
Do I need gym experience?
Not at all. We work with all fitness levels.
Is personal training expensive?
We offer fair, transparent pricing and flexible options. The cost is variable based on the length of the workout sessions and the frequency at which you meet with your personal trainer.
How long is the workout session?
A regular personal training session is 60 minutes long.
How does billing work?
We bill for a pack of sessions, 8 or 12 sessions per pack, that allow our clients to attend either 2 or 3 times per week with their personal trainer. Once your sessions are used, you simply make the choice to continue and purchase another pack.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no upfront membership fee and we have no contracts to be signed.
When are you open for training?
We are open 7 days a week. Contact us to confirm our training hours and availability.
