FAQs
Are group classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our coaches offer modifications, so everyone feels comfortable and included.
How big are the classes?
Group fitness classes range from 6–10 people. Mini-group personal training is limited to 3–4 participants.
Is group training affordable?
Yes, it’s a more economical option while still receiving expert coaching.
Do you work with seniors?
Absolutely! We work with many seniors. As we age, our bodies naturally lose muscle mass. Many of our clients are seniors who either chose to train with us or were encouraged by their doctors to maintain and build strength.
We tailor our programs to each person’s age and ability, helping you stay safe while maintaining or building muscle mass, improving mobility, preserving independence, and feeling stronger.
How does billing work?
We bill for a pack of sessions that allow our clients to attend our group classes. Once your sessions are used, you simply make the choice to continue and purchase another pack.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no upfront membership fee and we have no contracts to be signed.
When are you open for training?
We are open 7 days a week. Contact us to confirm our training hours and availability.
